You're using Firefox 29 which is at Beta at the moment and will be released to the public next week. The UI has changed drastically and the Firefox button and menu bar have been hidden in place of the new menu located on the right end side of the navigation bar.

You can restore your menu bar by press the ALT key then at the top go to View > Toolbars > Menu Bar

Thanks for the help on history.I need the fire fox toolbar with menu options delete capability.a file tab update menu ,ff health all missing.
