Firefox keeps crashing. I submit a report everytime. Why is no one responding?
In the last month, Firefox keeps crashing on me. I report it almost every time, yet know one ever response. Here is a copy of my crashes since Sept. 1:
What can I do to stop this. It is so frustrating!

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

The crash reporting system is intended to help Mozilla improve Firefox, it isn't intended to provide direct one-on-one user support. You are asked for a contact email address when submitting each crash report in case a developer wants to contact you to get more information that may help the developer fix problems similar to what you reported. User support is the purpose of this support forum.
