black screen crash

My firefox screen typically goes black and then crashes. The black screen seems to sometimes be initiated by scrolling, other times it happens seemingly without any input. The black screen flickers on and off (without a discernible pattern) when I scroll. Sometimes it goes back to normal, most times it doesn't.

Firefox typically crashes after the black screen occurs. But, FireFox also crashes regularly even when there is no black screen issue.

My Firefox tends to crash every few minutes and is therefore unusable.

Here are my last 10 crash logs:

Black screen crash is either hardware acceleration or a omtc crash. Locking, please see this thread: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1024589#answer-639214
