when I try to open my addressbook (collected), it only show persomal addressbook, which is empty, how do change to collected addressbook?

Do you have the Directory Pane showing in the Address Book window? If not from the menu bar in the address book window select View-Layout-Directory Pane

No menu bar? Press the alt key.
