Hello,

I am assuming you are getting the "This Connection is Untrusted" page - click on "Technical Details" and compare the message to this help article: "This Connection is Untrusted" error message appears - What to do.

Also check your antivirus/firewall settings to make sure that isn't causing this problem. For example, I recently updated Avast and found that its web shield has been denying several sites with this error, including Google, and needed to add an exception to the web shield.

It this about the connection or is there mixed content present on the page?

If there is a shield icon to the left of the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location/address bar then that means that mixed active content is blocked.

If there is mixed passive content (e.g. images) then Firefox shows an exclamation mark instead of "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location/address bar.
