Upon update to 34.0 Adobe Flash version 15.0.0.239 no longer works.
I received the push update to Firefox 34.0. Today Adobe Flash is totally inoperable. It's causing lags to most sites and I am receiving the pop up constantly to stop it or continue.

Hi beth.mansfield, I am sorry to hear that the update led to Flash not working as expected. However there are some troubleshooting steps that can be taken to diagnose the issue.
- Does this happen in Safe Mode?Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
- Does this happen when hardware acceleration is turned off in flash player?
- Does this happen if you reinstall flash? http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
- see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers
