I recently updated my site with chat and do not see it... I have refreshed and deleted browsers and still will not pop up... The company I am using the chat from says they see it on their end. in several browsers including firefox. I am using bontact

I understand that you have installed a chat service on your website and the service sees the service on your site, but you do not see it in the browser.
