Flash is the WORST. Almost every website has flash. I've looked at the support entries for slowness and flash but the remedies are not working. The flash plugin crashes all the time and I always submit a report. Scans with Trend Micro and Malware bytes are clean. Chrome works fine. Believe it or not IE works fine. Only plugins on Firefox are ABP, Trend Micro, Skype, Quicktime, Shockwave, and VLC.

I've been with Firefox for MANY years but the hassle of this support system after reporting crashes and many instances of it "just not working" are driving me insane. With my build, it is my opinion that this program should be crazy fast! I can't browse Amazon, eBay, etc without it slowing down or crashing or lagging. Any other browser on Windows or Linux is fine and as fast as I expect.

I have reset Firefox to default and manually re-loaded all plugins. I've also uninstalled it and re-installed it with a new profile but it's still super laggy with anything flash related (AKA the internet).

Basic Specs: i4770k @ 3.5 (OC @ 4.0GHZ & cooled by AIO) 32 GB RAM X87 Motherboard SSD (Windows) 3x GTX 770 on custom 480 radiator loop

Sorry, we have been getting lots of calls for help of late.

Let's start with this;

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Flash Player Version 18.0.0.203
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Note: Windows users must download the “Internet Explorer” and “Plugin-based browsers” installers.
