password manager not working and sync keeps finding errors

SInce the update and the change my password manager isnt working. it is checked to save passwords with no exceptions. it doesnt prompt me to save passwords on any website. doesnt ask at all. i followed the instructions on the one post i found but doesnt seem to help.

i dunno if this has anything to do with it but at the bottom of my screen constantly is "Sync encountered an eror while syncing; Unkown error. Sync will automatically retry this action"

please help i loved the saved password options

The "Remember Password" extension has been reported to cause issues with the passwords disappearing. Your System Details list shows that you have this extension.
