account inactive
We have an account under ++++++++++++++++++@comcast.net, user name restull, and +++++++++ as password. I keep trying to sync my husband's new phone, but it keeps saying the account is inactive. Yet it is active on the desktop, laptop, and my Android. It was also active on his phone that broke! Please help as I need to get him synchronized!! Thank again, Cheryl
