Lost my Mozilla email PW. How can I bypass that?

My Mozilla email is now asking for a password and I can't find where I stashed the PW over three years ago. Can't access my mail or send anything.

When I try to send , a dialog box pops up asking me to:

"Enter your password for xxxxxxxxxx@suddenlink.net@imap.suddenlink.net

It is possible that the site has changed its portal and the link to the site log-in is not the same today as it was last time. This could prevent Thunderbird from completing the log-in.
If Thunderbird stored your log-in details, it should be accessible from the Password Manager. 'Tools - Options - Security - Password' Press the 'Saved Passwords' button

On the next screen is a list of all the sites that you have allowed Thunderbird to manage for you, with the site address and username. Passwords are not yet visible. In the search box, enter suddenlink and see if any entries come up. To view the password, press the button "Show Password'. Confirm again 'Are you sure...?'

If you find a log-in password, remember it and try to log onto the suddenlink webmail site using the username and password listed in the Password manager.

If you are unable to log-in, there is usually a link to 'Forgotten Password' where you can answer a few security questions and have your password reset and an email sent to the address that you used when setting up the account.

If you have your password reset, you will have to delete the Thunderbird entry in Password Manager. The next time you use Thunderbird to access your mail, you will again be asked for the password. Enter the new log-in sent to you, and then allow Thunderbird to save the log-in.
