I have Windows 10 version. Just now opened Thunderbird and menu button has vanished. Address book vanished too.

Just did open Thunderbird email this AM. Menu button at RH corner has vanished. 'Address book' has vanished. 'Get mail now' has vanished. 'Write' has vanished. I did nothing to cause this at all. Should I just uninstall and hope it all comes back when I get a fresh download? I am lost.

Press the alt key to make the Menu Bar appear. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and turn your toolbars back on.
