I used the firefox refresher and I lost EVERYTHING. PLEASE HELP

Yesterday, My browser was running slow, so I used the Firefox Refresh. I lost everything I had - my bookmarks, everything on facebook, all of my settings on my toolbars - all of it. I know there has to be a way to retrieve it, but I don't know how. Can you help me please.
