I see the folders when I first open Thunderbird for just a second but then they disappear. This just started happening a few days ago. I tried to subscribe to them which didn't help. This is happening on 2 Hotmail accounts and my other accounts (@live.com and @gmail.com) are not having this issue. I only have the Inbox and the Deleted folder showing on both Hotmail accounts. I can't get Drafts, Sent and other folders to show.

    • UPDATE- today ALL of my Microsoft accts (hotmail and live) had the same thing happen to them. gmail was not effected. I was able to get my folders back by going to Tools-Account Settings-Server Settings-Advanced and UNCHECKING the box "show only subscribed folders" as for some reason it is no longer possible to subscribe to anything but the Inbox and Deleted folders on a Microsoft acct.
