Tried opening Thriva Active Network 4.0 and once the website finish loading and I go to click a link on the page the screen crash saying "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed". Reload the page to try again. I have reloaded the page but nothing happens. Can someone please help. Do not know where to go to fix this problem.

Could you try the Flash troubleshooting steps in the following article: Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again.

Note: for solutions that require right-clicking Flash to use its internal menu, you could try the little Flash widget on this page that shows your currently installed version: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ (hopefully that one won't crash on you, too)
