Why won't Windows 10 no longer allow me to attach Mozilla Firefox to the taskbar?

WIndows 10 had allowed me to attach Firefox to the taskbar. Now it won't allow me to attach it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it won't attach. No problem with other apps. Thanks, Gregorlee

Hello Gregorlee, try to open firefox from the shortcut on your desktop and then when the icon appears on the taskbar, right-click it and select the “Pin to Taskbar” option from the menu.

Otherwise find firefox in the File Explorer and then, right-click the icon, and in the sub-menu choose the option for “Pin to Taskbar”.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried to open from the shortcut on desktop and also through File Explorer, but it won't work. I've had Mozilla in the taskbar since "upgrading" to Windows 10 several weeks ago. Mozilla disappeared late last week. I can still access it through the desktop and/or File Explorer. I guess Windows 10 still doesn't play well with outsiders! gregorlee
