I sent a document through Microsoft works, and it says it was sent through pop server rr.com which was my old email. Why would it do that since I am no longer with warner cable and so not have road runner

Was Thunderbird even involved? Is this in your Sent folder?

Sounds like you need to redefine your Send To options in Windows.
