need to view 2 mailbox indexes at once, to find duplicates

Spending all day trying to copy Tbird from old computer to new. Got something over 100 msgs that seem to be duplicates (I isolated this batch into "Inbox 2"). Want to see Inbox and Inbox2 indices side by side so I can trash the duplicates. They seem to be MOST of the messages from a certain date thru today, but the msg count is not the same so maybe some were deleted on the old computer after copying to the new...
