Hi flamegirl5432, Sorry you are having problems. HTML5 videos should play on Firefox. (Assuming they are not private protected types you need to pay for.) Please try in Firefox's safe mode in case for instance some other extension is interfering. Also try with the Flash Player plugin set to never activates as it may well try to play using that otherwise. * [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]] I did not notice a Silverlight plugin listed in your details. Also try this YouTube page it will show what the browser is able to use: * https://www.youtube.com/html5 Note it has a check box on that page for HTML5 and most of the types should be available to you (All or all except WbM) Please post back with how you get on. Including what you see on the YouTube HTML5 page & whether their videos play ok. If you have problems with HTML5 video can you give a link to a couple of examples that are public and not needing a login.
