my outlook mail has changed, it looks like I'm getting outlook light and I get this error message

This sounds more like an issue with your email service provider than the Firefox for Android web browser.

I recommend you contact the support team for that email service, but please consider that it may be displaying the mobile version of the site as you are viewing the email web page on a mobile device.
