"Secure Connection Failed (The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading)" error message for https://accounts.firefox.com/. Firefox Sync settings shows " no internet connection" message. This only happens in Firefox. I can open this url in Google Chrome.

Already tried full reset, new profile and turning off hardware acceleration.

Its starts opens when i connects to VPN or use SSH tunnel outside my country. Why its doesn't opens in Firefox without VPN ?
