i get "ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap" when I open some messages (Salon, etc) and it freezes Tbird how solve?

(Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)"

and it cannot be closed so I have to go to Windows Task Manager and close Thunderbird and reopen. I've used this e-mail client for many years and this problem just started a week ago. I appear to have latest program version.
