Some emails contain text and code, rather than just text, and I want text & links, only.
Some of my emails, such as from Daily KOS, used to have a list of articles with clickable links. Now, there is text in black, with long lines of blue (html code?) in the middle of the sentences. Sometimes there is code with no text. It's confusing, and I want my email to be easy to read again. This happens in many emails, from many sources. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

I don't know how to make a screenshot of an email. My email is Mozilla's Thunderbird. What I can do is paste an email here, to show how it looks. Would that be ok to do? I wouldn't want to cause a problem for this forum. Let me know, Christi. Or give me an email I could forward an email to?

Follow the link posted above. And Google is your friend.
Sigh. When I open my Thunderbird email, and open an email which I'd like to capture in a screen shot, I don't see a way to do that. When I follow the directions above, the firefox page covers mt email. With my email covered by Firefox page, there seems to be no way I can capture it...
I think I have a similar problem, not sure if its code. Emails I send out are received with an "" or "" in empty spaces after puncuation such as: "..... possible. With....." In this case its a double space before a new sentence starts. I do not see it on my drafts, but the receiver will see it when they read the email. Additionally, if they reply, I will then see it in the text.
Is that code or a different problem?
