UR pgm keeps rejecting new passwords
No matter what Password I put in it's keeps rejecting same NOW if I cannot get into my email how can iu answer me
This is NUTS y do u have 2 give users such pains just to open a EMAIL account
Here's my phone in case u can do the kindness or calling XXX-XXX-XXXX
Starting an email account should not be all that hard y r u making same?????????????

Support is provided in this forum. There is no telephone number for this project for the couple of employees, perhaps because there is no office.
Thunderbird is an email client, not an email provider. You add an existing account to Thunderbird, not start a new one. Are you trying to add an existing mail account, perhaps from your ISP or Google. Or do you expect to get a new email address?
The single largest cause of trouble with adding email account to Thunderbird are anti virus product. Turn yours off before you try and add a new account. Does that help?
