How to remove Opening error message
I'm not receiving emails on my account and get this message: The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop3.tiscali.co.uk responded: cannot open file '/nfs2/mailgb/mail_03/3c/3e/simontomsett%tiscali.co.uk/0A7000355C8B3B42.msg' errno 2, file does not exist
Other email accounts on Tbird are still working.
How do I fix it?

This can happen when there's a corrupted message on the mail server that blocks the download of other messages to TB. Open the account from the tiscali webmail page and delete messages one-at-a-time until normal downloading to TB resumes.
