My e mail is frozen in inbox and I cannot get to other folders
Ever since the last "upgrade" Firefox has been going wrong. Firstly, if I delete message it no longer vanishes and opens the next e mail, it stays on screen and I have to go back to inbox each time. Secondly, it is now frozen in inbox. However I open it, including safemode it opens at the empty in box and stays there. I can access nothing else.
