drop down menu and bookmakrs disappeared when I refreshed
used the down arrow on my menu bar to get a drop down menu of frequently used web addresses It is gone and my bookmarks have disappeared. All this happened after I refreshed firefox

Hi barrycrutt, sorry to hear about the inconvenience.
For your bookmarks, were they on the Bookmarks toolbar (the bar below the main toolbar)? You may need to turn that back on. Use any of these methods to show the toolbar list:
- right-click (on Mac Ctrl+click) a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
- (menu bar) View > Toolbars
On Windows, tap the Alt key to activate the menu bar temporarily. - in Customize mode > Toolbars button (see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)
To turn on the Bookmarks Toolbar or Menu Bar, click it on the list.
Any improvement?
For the down arrow in the address bar, it usually is hidden until you mouse over the bar, and then it should appear. No?
