I'm currently using Thunderbird 68.0b4 (beta) on my iMac, with Mac OS (10.14.5). I'd like to change over from the Beta channel to Release. I can't find out how this is done, however. Does anyone have any insights? Thanks!

Uninstall the beta version. Download and install the current release version from here: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/ Choose prefered language and download the appropriate version for Mac OS.
