Hi
The easiest way to do that is by a Firefox Account and Firefox Sync.
Set up your account on the old device, being sure to remeber your email address and password and marking Bookmarks to be sync.
Once the account is set up, go to your new device and sign into your Firefox Account using the email address and password you set up for it.
Your bookmarks should then be syncced across.
