The company Mozilla (that makes the web browsers for desktop and mobile versions for Android/iOS) does not offer any forms of surveys for prizes, especially not for expensive ones like tv's, smart phones from Samsung or Apple or gift cards etc. I doubt the company AT&T is doing such thing also.

Based on this and your past posts you are encountering some malvertising Ads on some sites that is hoping people will fall for these scams so as to get your personal details like address, phone#, credit card info and such things.
