Hi

If you tap the three dot icon in the top left and select Tools, you should see the Downloads menu.

That is the case for the normal Firefox web browser -- not so for Nightly. There doesn't seem to be a tools menu.

The new Firefox for Android does not have a full download experiance yet, but files will still be downloaded to the downloads folder on your Android device.
