want to change the wallpaper for the ENTIRE page

the current wallpaper that is being used by your program is bleeding through to the videos and other tabs that I use and is distracting. please see the screen shot that I an including.

what I want is a solid background that does not bleed through. the current wallpaper has lines that are going from top left to the bottom right with different shades of gray / black.

please advise me on how to change this. nothing in your "settings" page is working to correct this problem.

That's the standard default installer page not a "Homepage" as such. You have to set a homepage if you want that changed or change the theme or search online or find 3rd party "userChrome.css" options to change the background from the defaults.
