when I want to print or forward an email it includesf message data It never did it before. I have to reenter all my passwords with hotmail often

hi since thunderbird updated (115.6.1) when I want to print or forward an email it includes tons of message data that I do not want So to print a 3 line email I need two to three pages for unnecessary message data. how do I get rid of that. It never did it before. 

Also at least 3-6 times a week I have to reenter all my passwords with hotmail, which is very tiresome, and sometimes it tells me it has been entered too many times

Set View/Headers to Normal. Press Alt if the Menu Bar with View is hidden.
