Bonjour.
What data are you clearing with CCleaner? Note that we do not recommend using external cleanup software to prevent profile corruption., best is to use only built-in means.
Could be that there is a problem with key4.db if logins.json is still correct. Do you have a logins-backup.json in the profile folder? Is the content in this file the same as of logins.json apart from the last time you made changes?
Are there login related errors reported in the Browser Console?
You can temporarily set signon.debug => true in about:config.
You can visit about:logins and check the Browser Console (Ctrl+Shift+J) for login related messages. You can clear the messages in the console beforehand and only enable Errors and Warnings, hidden items may have an item count appended. Do not forget to reset signon.debug to false after you are done testing.
Bonjour
Merci de votre retour .
Mes fichiers logins-backup.json et logins.json sont bien identique.
J'ai pas mal de message d'erreur via la console
NS_ERROR_FAILURE: Couldn't decrypt string crypto-SDR.sys.mjs:197

Par le passer je n'ai jamais eu de probleme en utilisant cclaner . j'ai aussi utiliser speedyfox merci de votre aide
.....
I think that your screenshot suggests that there is problem with the key4.db file like I posted above. The key4.db file stores the encryption key that is used to decrypt username and password stored in logins.json and it looks that this key file is no longer has the correct encryption key. Did you restore this file?
Does renaming a copy of logins-backup.json to logins.json give the same errors in the Browser Console? Make sure you keep a copy of logins.json and logins-backup.json and key4.db.
You can look at a utility to browse System Restore points to see if you can find a backup copy of key4.db and possibly logins.json.
please help me
That key data is large binary data as you can see by 'Blob'. You might be able copy/export this data, but that won't mean much.
Are you using the Primary Password as that encrypts the key data in key4.db (PP doesn't affect logins.json)? Did you try to browse system restore points to see if you can find older copies of key4.db?
j'ai tenté une restauration mais rien n'a changer.
Si je comprend il n'est pas possible de récupérer mues user /pass sans un fichier key4.db valide ?
The two files logins.json and key4.db need to match as only with the correct encryption key (seed) is it possible to decrypt the logins.
If you can find a matching logins.json and key4.db in a restore point then you can try to place those two file in a profile folder.
