CRASHING TABS!
WTF IS WRONG WITH MOZILLA?
So, I'm browsing a website (shopping), going back and forth through its menus/categories and also opening tabs in the background, then every few minutes the whole browser goes blank/grey and the tabs "dead"... they're not closed just blank and I cannot go backwards or refresh... I have to close the tab and reopen it from history...
Did I explain this clearly? I've been putting up with this for 2 weeks, but now I've had it... I'm staring at a blank tab I cannot revive - refresh or back button don't work, AND another tab which is displaying a "Loading wheel" and also frozen...
I've only recently started using Firefox (I use 2 other browsers above this - each with a distinct purpose, and also started giving-in to Edge as a 4th, despite being opposed to everything Microsoft for 20y).
If I continue to experience this in the next couple of weeks, bye bye Mozilla...

Every few minutes is intolerable and I would be upset, too. I haven't heard any other user describe those symptoms, so I wonder whether that site is just not completely compatible with Firefox. Does it happen on any other site?
Could I request a test -- this is about a 5 minute project:
New Profile Test
Inside Firefox, type or paste about:profiles in the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it.
Take a quick glance at the page and make a mental note of which Profile has this notation: This is the profile in use and it cannot be deleted. That is your current default profile.
Click the "Create a New Profile" button, then click Next. Assign a name like Test2025, ignore the option to relocate the profile folder, and click the Finish button.
Firefox will switch your default profile to the new one, so click the Set as Default Profile button for your regular one to avoid an unwanted surprise at your next startup.
Scroll down to Test2025 and click its Launch profile in new browser button.
Firefox should open a new window that looks like a brand new, uncustomized installation. (Your existing Firefox window(s) should not be affected.) Please ignore any tabs enticing you to connect to a Sync account or to activate extensions found on your system to get a clean test.
Can you use the shopping site without lockups/gray tabs in the new profile?
If problems continue, could you turn off tracking protection for the site: click the shield icon at the left end of the address bar, next to the lock icon, then on the drop-down, click the slider switch to turn off protection.
Any difference?
When you are done with the experiment, you can close the extra window without affecting your regular Firefox profile. (Test2025 will remain available for future testing.)
