How to recover deleted browser history

more options

Last week I deleted browser data & cookies (for a Microsoft account I use) & then I accidentally used an incorrect password to login to Facebook & they locked my account. When I tried to change my password they didn't recognize my device, which I've been using for MANY years. They also reject photos of my i.d. & won't tell me why because I'm apparently trying to communicate with an a.i. bot, NOT a human being. P.S. To make things even worse, I was locked out of my phone, which kept asking me for a password that I've NEVER set up. So I had to do a factory reset & lost ALL my data.

I've tried everything I can think of & I'm wondering if it's possible to get at least some of the data back?

I deleted data & cookies FROM the Firefox browser, which is WHY I posted the question here.

Usually when you delete the cache/cookies or history they are gone and there's no way to find or recover them back at that point.
