installed add-ons stop working after installing 3.6.6

all of my add-ons stopped working. I also can't install updates. There are no icons on the lower right corner of browser as there used to be.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Try resetting the Extension Manager. With Firefox closed, delete the following files in your profile folder: extensions.cache extensions.ini extensions.rdf and compatibility.ini They'll be re-created when you open Firefox.
