I just found out that I am having this problem too, but it is on 3 different computers now, and in both IE and Mozilla...??? I do not run ANY firewall software or hardware on any of them. What the heck is going on, this seems to be the ONLY site that I can't get too...DMV servers are not down I was able to get through to it via my smart phone and at another computer at a different location.

I have already cleared my cache and done a clear of Recent History Everything and restarted Firefox and this still has not helped
