How do I export bookmarks and Favorites from Foxfire to Foxfire on another computer
I have a PC with foxfire 3.6 I am replacing it with a PC with Foxfire 4.0 and I would like to transfer my Bookmarks and Favorites

If ,with favorites, you mean the IE favorites then Firefox doesn't use those.
If you want to preserve those then make a backup copy of the Favorites folder in your Windows user account.
In that case you probably want to backup the Documents folder as well, so best is to backup your entire user account in Documents and Settings/<user> to make sure not to lose important files (e.g. mail).

- "Application Data" in XP/Win2K and "AppData" in Vista/Windows 7 are hidden folders.

Go to: Control Panel > Folder Options > "View" tab > under "Hidden files and folders", select "Show hidden files and folders"
To see the file extensions of all files uncheck the box "Hide extensions for known file types"
