Message "Do not apply changes and close this window" - How do I get rid of it???

When I open Firefox or IE I have a message box that floats in the middle of my screen that I can not move or close that says "Do not apply changes and close this window" - how do I get rid of this?

I figured it out. It's RoboForm. Use the task manager to restart robotaskbaricon.exe.
