I have some web sites that are ssl signed with my certificate authority ( we are using Proxy that intercept the ssl). I have the ca in my root certificates, and Internet explorer and Chrome doesn't warn me. How can I tell firefox to look the Windows root certificate and not to show me the error message?

You need to install the root certificates in Firefox if you haven't done that.
