Can you explain what you want, and please don't use all caps.

Firefox has personas that go behind the toolbars and make them hare to read, are you looking for a plain pastel background for toolbars.

You're on a Mac so it does not involve Window Aero transparency.

Where is this background supposed to be.

I color my toolbars so I can identify one profile from another
