I am not able to sign on to Firefox. I get an hour glass for a few seconds then nothing.

I use AVG Security and McAfee. I added Firefox to the ID Protection to allow no scanning (as suggested by Firefox) but it didn't work.

Also make sure that you do not have the extension "AVG Safe Search" enabled, best to get rid of it entirely per directions
