Mail Fetcher can't get AOL Mail

I am having trouble fetching mail from aol. It has worked fine for 9 months, but now it has stopped and I am getting the following error message in my google mail settings account area: Error: Server is temporarily unavailable. Server returned error "Error in RETR command: system failure: IOException while retrieving content ..." I have delete my aol account and reentered it into the fetch area and still doesn't work.

How do I fix this?

PS: my husbund's does the same thing & his works
