Firefox not working. Deleted current version & downloaded newest. Won't load says another version is running. It's not. Tried rebooting won't work. Mac 10.5.8 Firefox was working fine then all of a sudden a couple days ago it would not run. Kept getting a message that it could not find the server. Said problem could be several things including server being too busy and to try again. Tried a number of more times still nothing. Tried to download newest version to fix. Showed it downloaded. Still had same message. So, I deleted the application and the preference files for a clean download. Downloaded 13.0.1. Now it won't run saying that another version of Firefox is already running. It's not. No other versions are in the application folder, or when I search the system. How do I get Firefox working again? It's my favorite browser.
