Do dual sim adjustments stay?

I use an Android mobile phone with 2 sim cards. I adjust the first sim to show its phone number, and the sconde should hide. The problem is, either it shows the mobile number of both sim cards after a short time or it hides. The adjustments always gets messed up. So after I correct the adjustment of one of the sim cards, the adjustment of the other sim card also changes to the same hiding or showing adjustment of the just corrected. Is this problem solved at Firefox OS?

What about trying an inofficial dual sim Firefox OS phone...? Can I get Firefox OS onto my Samsung Galaxy Y Duos?
