After update to version 20.0 all search engines are lost and it is impossible to "Restore defaults" in "Search engines list"

This problem is only when I run Firefox logged in in domain. When I am logged as a local user, everything is OK. I tried to uninstall FF, delete all folders with Mozilla name in local and server profile, deleted FF with CCleaner together with cleaning wrong registers,nothing helps.
