Why is my computer racing everytime I use Facebook on Firefox??
My computer is racing on Facebook on the News feed and in groups. It's like you go into your car, start it up and rev the engine. That's what it's doing. THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!

Do you mean that the computer gets hot and the ventilator switches on?
You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
- disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
