How do I change the wallpaper on my desktop ....I have Win 7 on my dell laptop...thanks!

Are you talking about the Windows desktop or the Firefox theme?
Personas are customizable skins that allows users to select simple-to-use themes, more easily than normal themes. Although at first only available as an extension, the feature was built into Firefox 3.6.
Personas Plus extends the functionality of the Personas above.
You can change your Windows desktop background by following the link below:
