I would like to automatically export certain messages as text files to a folder on my hard drive. I thought I would be able to set up a message filter to do this, but in "perform these actions", there is no apparent way to run or use a plugin from the tools menu. Is there a workaround? I am currently using the ImportExportTools plug in to manually copy files, but this is not working well for me because it is time consuming and doesn't keep current. My main wish is to keep all e-mails from certain clients available on a server to any computer, readable regardless of whether or which mail program is installed, organized with other documents from that same client. If there is a different way to achieve this other than exporting messages as text, please let me know. Thank you.
